About these terms

Artluni gives AI feedback on artwork and photography. It is provided by Tenkin Studios, a UK-based product studio ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. Questions? Email [email protected].

Your account

• You must be 18 or over to create an account.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Your account is for you alone, so please don't share it.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first.

Subscription and payment

• Artluni Premium costs £4.99 a month, including VAT. It's billed monthly through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. There's no free trial.
• You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.
• Premium includes up to 100 critiques and follow-up questions each calendar month (UTC), as a fair-use limit. It resets on the 1st. Critiques that fail our quality check, or that fail because of an error, don't count towards the limit.
• A discount from a personal invitation applies as described in the invite. Each invite can be used by one account only, and must be used before its closing date.
• If we change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first if you want to.

Your right to cancel

If you're a UK consumer, you have 14 days after you first subscribe to change your mind. Because you ask us to start the service straight away, if you cancel in that time we'll refund your payment minus a fair amount for the service you've already used. Email [email protected] to use this right.

Your work

• You keep all rights to the work you upload. You give us permission to process it, including sending it to our AI providers and storing a thumbnail, only so that we can provide Artluni to you.
• Only upload work you have the right to share. Don't upload anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. Nudes, figure studies and mature themes are normal subjects in art and are welcome.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules or misuses the service.

About the feedback

Critiques are written by AI. They are opinions to help you improve, not professional or expert advice. They can sometimes be wrong or miss things. Every critique is quality-checked, but we can't promise that every critique will be accurate or suit your goals.

Fair use of the service

Please don't:

• try to get around the usage limits or security
• copy or scrape the service in bulk
• reverse-engineer the service
• use Artluni to build a competing product

We work to keep Artluni available and may improve or change features over time. We can't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits:

• your legal rights as a consumer
• our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• our liability for fraud

Otherwise, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and the law

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in advance. These terms are governed by the law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
